How can I make a reservation?
You can book directly on our website using your computer, tablet or phone. All we need is a name, email address and phone number.
How can I cancel my reservation?
On your booking confirmation you will find a link to cancel the reservation. Please cancel the reservation as much in advance as possible. Cancellation after the beginning of the slowday will be considered as no shows.
Can I change the offer?
The offers available are fixed and you cannot amend them. You can arrive even one hour before the end of the time slot but the full price will be charged. Arriving earlier at the hotel also doesn’t guarantee you a free room. Slowday does not sell hotels by the hour. Slowday sells arranged time slots.
How do I pay?
All payment is done directly at the hotel, this is why we don’t require a credit card to book the room. However it depends on the hotel as some might require a card for security purposes. You can pay by any method the hotel accepts. Please, note that the hotel might require an ID.
Can I change the date of my booking?
To change the date or select a different hotel you will have to cancel your previous reservation and book again.
Is the rate indicated per person or for the room?
The listed prices are for the room. Hence, double or single occupancy.
How many people can be in a room?
Single rooms are limited to single occupancy and double rooms to double. Therefore, the maximum number of clients is 2. The hotel has the right to refuse the access to the room in cases where this is neglected.
