The global no show rate is around 4%. Clients that no show twice is placed on a blacklist and no further reservations without a credit card can occur. The hotel is obliged to inform us in shortest delay of the no show.
Faking no-show reports will not be tolerated and the partnership with the hotel will most likely be terminated instantly.
